Irene Shapiro, beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Lillian Shapiro, devoted sister of the late Ben (the late Harriet) Shapiro, loving aunt of Janice (Michael) Welbel and Clifford (Linda) Shapiro, adored great aunt of Jennifer (Noah) Wieder and Rachel Welbel and great- great aunt of Eli. She will be deeply missed by her adopted niece, Donna Rice. Graveside service, Thursday 10 AM at Waldheim, Beth Jacob Cemetery, gate 86, Greenberg Road.
